• Recruit and activate advisors as per the plan, ensuring monthly activation targets are met.

• Maintain the productivity of active advisors according to the established plan.

• Foster interpersonal business relationships to facilitate work activities.

• Conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to evaluate their performance and provide guidance. Ensure they meet the Career Progression milestones from TA's to SA's and AO's as per the agency guidelines.

• Generate revenue and acquire new customers through both face-to-face and digital channels.

• Conduct weekly reviews with the reporting manager to discuss progress and address any challenges.

• Attend all meetings and training programs conducted by the management.

• Ensure two joint calls are made on a daily basis to enhance collaboration and productivity.

• Comply with all the policies and procedures laid down by the company.

Candidates with min 1 year exp in insurance/banking/financial service sales are preferred.
